Starting The Creative Journey
Dec 16, 2019I recently interviewed Jackson author, Latoya Lawson, about her book Ma'Sitter. In the interview, we talked about her book and her plans for the next installment in the series. We also talked about how she finds the inspiration and courage to create work that has a huge impact on the world. Latoya has really good advice on how to create really good work - take one step at a time. Just start and take the first step towards creating your final work product.
Enjoy the conversation and I apologize for the noise. We did the interview at the Mississippi Museum of Art and it got quite noisy in the middle of the interview. I will look for a quieter place next time.
