We are the only educator in the social impact space committed to teaching entrepreneurs how to create, build, and launch a social impact business and be market leaders with real and intellectual property. We provide immersive, research-backed, and data-driven curriculum, training, and education to social entrepreneurs to guide them into being impactful and compassionate leaders through their businesses and in their communities.
We are incorporated as a public benefit corporation and our mission is to empower innovators and creators to launch and lead successful businesses built on their aspirations to make the world a better place.
We envision a world where the most sustainable and profitable way to run a business is to make a positive impact on people and the planet. To that end, we are committed to building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and fostering innovation, according to the United Nation's 9th SDG, through our programs, training, courses, and thought leadership.
People
Alina Ng Boyte,
Founder and CEO
Alina is a real and intellectual property law professor - graduating Stanford Law with a PhD in copyright law and history, as well as the Universities of Cambridge and London for her Masters and Bachelors of Law. Her career path took her to the Multimedia Development Corporation as a Senior Executive advising the Malaysian government on cyberlaw and intellectual property matters. She's worked as a research assistant at Stanford Law and is now a tenured law professor at Mississippi College School of Law.
In her free time, she loves making authentic Malaysian food for her family, and spending time with her husband and daughter, the inspiration behind the Changemaker Institute.
Andrea Tan,
Chief Impact Officer
Andrea is from Los Angeles and is ethnically Malaysian-Chinese. She graduated from the University of California Irvine with a double major in Business Economics and Psychology & Social Behavior.
In 2012 she moved to Shanghai to pursue a career in advertising. She has served as an Account Director at GTB, a Global WPP advertising agency.
Following an eye-opening trip to Bali, where she found herself in a sea of trash coming up from a dive, she became passionate about sustainability, climate change, and consumption habits. She joined the Social Innovation Management program at Amani Insitute to identify a way to align her career and experience with her passion for positive impact. Andrea is leveraging her knowledge and skills to change habits of consumption.
Aleksandar Stamenić,
Chief Strategy Officer
Alex is passionate about clean energy. He is the Founder & CEO of ATG Innovations, a group of dedicated professionals working towards the common goal of creating cutting-edge technology that will help protect our planet in the long run.
ATG Innovations has designed and patented green energy technology in the form of highly efficient heat exchangers that can be used in a variety of environments ranging from homes, offices, airplanes, ships, automobiles, and HVAC. Alex is a team leader with a strong passion for technology and the energy sector overall with many innovative ideas in development, some of which are currently patent pending.
